Dear Ms. Shore,

On behalf of the staff, physicians, volunteers and board of directors, I would like to thank you for your donation of a $25 gift certificate to Morton Hospital’s sixteenth annual golf tournament.  Your donation will be part of our raffle and silent auction at this year’s tournament on August 20th at LeBaron Hills Golf Club.

All proceeds from this year’s tournament will benefit the purchase of a picture archiving and communications system (PACS) wihch allows physicians to store x-rays and images digitally.  This technology drastically reduced the need for space and the cost of developing and storing films.  It also provides patients with the convenience of having their images on discs that they can easily transport to physician’s offices.

A community hospital cannot exist without the support of its constituents.  At Morton Hospital, we are very fortunate to have a stable base of loyal and generous supporters who undrstand the value of a community hospital.

Thank you again for your generous gift.

Sincerely,

Susan M. Schipici
Director of Public Affais & Philanthropy
