Dear Sir or Madam:

On behalf of the children of The Blue Hill Montessori School, I would like to thank you for your generous donation to our 2007 Auction.

Over $19,000 was raised on the night of the Auction.  This money allowed us to purchase new books for our library and new chairs, desks and shelves for our classrooms.  It will allow us to continue to enhance our enrichment programs and classroom materials and it helped to increase our contribution to our Scholarship Fund for families in financial need.

Many things make The Blue Hill Montessori School a special place; however, among the most impressive is the dedication and support of our parents, staff, alumni, corporate sponsors and friends.  We recognize how fortunate our school is to be the recipient of your generosity.

Your donation does make a difference and we are truly grateful for your gift.

Sincerely,

Karan Larlee
Auction Chairperson

Dear Naomi:

Thank you for your recent donation towards St. Mary’s Golf Tournament which was held on Saturday, June 2, 2007 at MGA Links in Norton, MA.  Your tax deductible donation is most graciously appreciated.  Some items that were received were used as prizes and some were placed in our raffles, which enhanced our fundraising.  Our original goal was $3,500.  We are happy to report that we significantly exceeded our goal by raising over $5,300.

Your kindness and support of our Golf Tournament made this event a great success.  The funds that were attained through the generosity of many will allow St. Mary’s Parish to repair and upkeep our Parish Center heating system.

The Golf Committee, along with myself, would like to express our sincerest thanks for all of your support and look forward to your continued generosity in future events.

Hopefully, you will be able to join the field of participants next time.

Most sincerely,

Rev. Marc Tremblay
and
St. Mary’s Golf Tournament Committee

Bernie & Phyl’s contributes to Leukemia and Lymphoma fundraiser

Dear Friends:

The Leukemia and Lymphoma society is $130,000 closer to reachign a cure for blood cancers. This is the amount of money that the seven men and women who ran for Man or Woman of the Year for Massachusetts raised during our eight week campaign.  Your contribution, or course, made this number possible.

Although I was not the top fundraiser, I came close!  More importantly, I was surprised to discover that raising money for this worthwhile cause brought me a wonderful sese of purpose during my busies weeks of landscaping.

I can’t thank you enough for your generous donations, and I am humbled that you supported my cause.  Togehter we contributed $30,000.

Have a wonderful summer.

Yours truly,

Lou Seoane

Bernie & Phyl’s donates to the Jason Burgeson Scholarship Fund

Dear Naomi,

Our family just wanted to extend our warmest thanks to you for your generous donation to the Jason Burgeson Scholarship Fund.  We do realize tha tmany organizations may solicit you for donations and we are honored that you feel our Fund is a worthwhile cause.  We have set up this Mmorial Scholarship Fund so that his memory will live on forever.  As it is impossible for us to go through life without thoughts of him… with the help of this Fund, others will remember him also.  Jason lived life to the fullest during his 20 short years.  He was a person with unparalledled charisma and boundless energy.  We want everyone to know that Jason was here with us, that he did make a difference, and is continuing to make a difference even now.

When we established the Scholarship Fund we thought it would be one way of bringing something that is positive out of such a horrible tragedy; an unforeseen “positive” is getting to interact with such caring and thoughtful people and realizing how many lives Jason truly touched.  With your help this year on May 18th, 2007 we did exceed our fundraising goal of $4000 and were able to give out one extra scholarship!  Thank you.

Thank you for remembering Jason.

Warmest Regards,

The Burgeson Family
