Dear Marian Donor,

Please accept our thank you for your generous donation to the Marian High School “Promises of Spring” Gala Auction.  The auction program of the vening was quite successful.  Through the generosity of businesses and people like you, our “Promises of Spring” evening raised over $70,000 for the befit of Marian High School and its students.  Each year we depend on fundraisers such as our annual gala auction to help finance school needs which are not incorporated into tuition.  It is truly the goal of Marian to keep tuition affordable so that it remains available to all families whowant a Catholic education for their children.  Only through the success of functions such as the gala auction is this possible.

Next year we wil be again asking you for adonation, I do hope you will be equally as generous.  Planning an auction is a significant undertaking; however, without that kindness of businesses and people such as you, it could never take place.  We want you to know how much we appreciate your generosity.

On behalf of the Auction Committee and Marian High School community, we wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous summer.  Please feel free to call if you have any questions or concerns.

Yours in Marian,

Dale Gudejko and Marian High School “Promises of Spring” Auction Committee

Dear Partner in Education,

The staff, students, and families of Memorial School would like to send our sincere thanks to you for your generous contribution and partnership in our tenth anual Spring Fling Family Night fundraiser.  This exciting, fun-filled family event was once again a huge success, in fact, the BIGGEST ever!  We contine to marvel over the community support this event brings forth.  Your support and contribution assisted us in raising over $16,000 before expenses, and all proceeds will go towards Phase III of the Natural Playground Renovations and the Artist in Residence Program fo our out-going Fourth and Fifth graders.  Our Memorial school family has worked hard to bring this goal to a reality and this years’s event will help us achieve our goal.

A letter of acknowledgement of thanks has been sent to the Bedford Bulletin, the Bedford Journal, and the Union Leader.  You may view acknowledgements on BCTV as well.  your support of the ducation and future of our Memorial children is greatly appreciated and we are proud to be part of this educational partnership.  We thank you again for your continued support in providing our students enhanced educational opportunities.

Respectfully yours,

On behalf of the Parents Assocation for Joyful Learning/Southbrook Academy, I wishto thank you for your thoughtful and generous donation to our Silent Auction.

We are more than halfway through our school year and it has been great!  Social events we’ve sponsored include, the Welcome Back cookout, Halloween party, Holiday Shoppe, Movie Nights and Swimn & Gym Night.  On the educational side, we’ve sponsored events such “Dr. Suess Day”, Book Bingo and other enriching, cultural events.

Each spring, thanks in large part to your generosity, we are able to donate nearly $10,000 directly to the school.  These funds have beenused for school yard and playground improvements, enhancements to the technology, art, and Spanish curriculums, many educational programs and expansion of the schoo.  The silent Auction provides us with the majority of our funds for the year.  The school does not promote fundraisign activities unless they specifically meet e mission and spirit of the school.  Therefore, the success of the silent auction allows us to focus exclusively on enriching the school experience rather than raising additional funds.  It’s for this reason that we looked to you, our valued friends, businesses and families for support.

We are delighted thayou chose to support our wonderful school and ultimately our bright, eager students with your donation.  Thank you for helping us achieve excellence in education!

Sincerely,
