Dear Ms. Naomi Shore,
On behalf of the PMA Fun Fest committee, I would like to extend our deepest appreciation for your support and sponsorship to our 11th annual Fair. Each year an enoumous amount of planning and energy from the committee members goes into preparing for this event. However, it is the support of our sponsors that we are able to obtain the levle of success that is reached each year. Your sponsorhip donation of a $25.00 gift certificat. We raffled it in our fabulous Penny Sale.
The funds that are obtained from the fair enables the PMA Parent Group to provide various enrichment programs through out the school year. It also gives us the ability to provide an education field trip for all students, sponsor social events and provide financial support to the school to help defray some expenses. It is with these funds that we can help provide necessities that the school would otherwise go without.
Once again, please know that your contribution was very much appreciated by the Students, Staff and Families of Presentation of Mary Academy and all who participated in teh 2006 Family Fun Fest. With your generosity we can continue to support the school in providing a quality and spiritual education to all the children that attend PMA.
