Dear Ms. Shore,

On behalf of the Organization for a New Equality (O-N-E) we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture for your contribution to the silent auction at our annual Medal of Hope Dinner.  Your donation of a Gift Certificat valued at $50.00, was auctioned off for $40.00.  This year’s silent auction raised a total of $5,410.00, which in turn allows O-N-E to provide financial education and asset building programs to individuals and families across the nation.

The Medal of Hope Dinner is O-N-E’s signature event and this year over 200 people attended to celebrate and honor Helen B. Spaulding and induct Citizens Bank in the Economic Opportunity Hall of Famie, while Dr. Julianne Malveaus’s riveting keynote address drew a standing ovation.  O-N-E’s 21 years of work boasts a reach of over 500,000 in low and moderate income communities.  In additino to being a front runner in the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Reform over a decade ago, O-N-E has undertaken asset building initiatives and policy and advocacy initiatives in recent years.

Again, we thank you your commitment to economic equality.  Your generous contribution has helped O-N-E raise critical funds and will allow O-N-E to continue to bring people into the financial mainstream for many more years to come.

With gratitude,

Dear Ms. Shore,

On behalf of the Westborough Interfaith Clergy Association, we thank you for your generous support of this year’s Thanksgiving Dinner for Senior Citizens.  The event celebrated community at its very best.

Volunteers prepared a traditional turkey dinner at the Knights of Columbus hall for 60 seniors who might otherwise have spent Thanksgiving alone. An additional 30 meals were provided to the host families who served the seniors and visited with them.  Sixty-two local seniours also received a hot meal delivered directly to their homes.  The facility was beautifully decorated and we had a wide variety of delicious homemade desserts.  A talented group of student musicians from Westborough High School entertained.  It was a wonderful day.

Your charitable contribution is much appreciated.  your generosity was acknowledged in the event program and will be in subsequent local newspaper articles.

We hope you will be inspired to support this dinner again next year so that we may continue to share in teh bounty of the season together again.

Sincerely,

Bobbi Feinblatt, Coordinator

Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture makes a donation to the Nashua High School Athletic Booster Club

Dear Sponsor,

On behalf of the Nashua High South Booster Club, we would like to take this time to thank you for your generosity for your donation.  We hosted a fun-filled evening of dancing on October 14 to raise money for the Athletic Booster Club.  We had approximately 150 people at the event who were anxious to purchase raffle tickets in order to take chances for over 36 items.  With your contribution the evening was a great success.

The suppor you gave to the Nashua South Booster Club will assist the young athletes who work so hard to compete and also maintain a high level of academic success.  The Nashua South Booster Club is enthusiastic to be able to provide any assistance that any Nashua High South sport team may need.  We also want to give as many college-bound atheletes a Scholarship to begin their next journey in life.  Last year we were able to give six scholarships to the athletes of Nashua High South.

We thank you for helping us to provide the best for our young adults.  We hop we can continue our partnership in the years to come.

Again, thank you so very much for your help.

Sincerely,

Dear Ms. Naomi Shore,

On behalf of the PMA Fun Fest committee, I would like to extend our deepest appreciation for your support and sponsorship to our 11th annual Fair.  Each year an enoumous amount of planning and energy from the committee members goes into preparing for this event.  However, it is the support of our sponsors that we are able to obtain the levle of success that is reached each year.  Your sponsorhip donation of a $25.00 gift certificat.  We raffled it in our fabulous Penny Sale.

The funds that are obtained from the fair enables the PMA Parent Group to provide various enrichment programs through out the school year.  It also gives us the ability to provide an education field trip for all students, sponsor social events and provide financial support to the school to help defray some expenses.  It is with these funds that we can help provide necessities that the school would otherwise go without.

Once again, please know that your contribution was very much appreciated by the Students, Staff and Families of Presentation of Mary Academy and all who participated in teh 2006 Family Fun Fest.  With your generosity we can continue to support the school in providing a quality and spiritual education to all the children that attend PMA.

Sincerely,

Chris Thompson, Family Fun Fest Committee
