Dear Ms. Shore,

It is my pleasure to acknowledge your very generous gift of $25 gift certificate to the FRCS Fall Silent and Live Auction.  It is through such donations that we are able to continue to offer scholarships to our outgoing seniors and to expand the playground.

Dear Ms. Shore,

Thank you for supporting The Barton Center for Diabetes Education with your recent donation to the 4th Annual Auction.  your precious donation allows us to conserve costs and focus on providing superior programs for children with diabetes and their families.

The Barton Center for Diabetes Educationi, Inc. is considered a unique experience for children with diabetes with unparalleled programs for children with diabetes and their families.  It is here that more than 1,500 children annually learn that diabetes is not an obstacle but a challenge, that together we can overcome.  As the number of children diagnosed with diabetes continues to rise, the demand for our programs continues to grow.  In order to continue expanding our year-round programs to meet these needs, we have to rely on our friends who truly believe in our mission and help us provide education, support and recreation in a safe and friendly enviornment.

Thank you for your important gift.  Friends like you ensure that, until a cure is found, children will have a home at The Barton Center for Diabetes Education.

Sincerely,

John W. Maconga
President

Dear Naomi,

On behalf of Old Colony Hospice, thank you for supporting our 4th Annual Old Colony Hospice Classic.  Your recent sponsorship of the event and show of support was a terrific addition to our golf tournament.

Our tournament took place on August 17, 2006.  We hosted our slate of golfers at the beautiful Easton Country Club in Easton, MA.  Following the tournament, we enjoyed a terrific dinner and awards ceremony at the Clubhouse, in addition to a lively auction and many desirable raffle items.

Our goals were two-fold: To provide the players with an enjoyable day and to raise awareness of the benefits of hospice care.  The money raised at our gold tournament directly benefits programs that Old Colony Hospice offers, including nursing care, bereavement and spiritual care, and charitable coverage for the uninsured.

Special thanks to you for your donation - Your business was listed as a Golf Sponsor in the enclosed program book and will be listed in our Fall Newsletter as well as in our Annual Report of Gifts.

This year, Old Colony Hospice will provide highly skilled, compassionate care to 750 patients and their loved ones.  We care for patients with compassion and dignity in private homes as well as skilled nursing facilities.  Donations such as yours help us bridge the gap between what we are paid by insureres and the true cost of providing care and medication during this most difficult phase of life.

Thank you for your support and for your involvement,
