Please accept my sincere thanks and appreciation for donating the $25 gift certificate to the 20th Annual St. Joseph Hospital Charity Golf Tournament.  Your donation will be used for a door prize during the tournament.

This year, proceeds from the Tournament will support Cardiac Telemetry and Pediatric Care, and medical care and prescription coverage through the Marguerite d’Youville Fund for the Poor.
