Dear Bernie and Phyl:
On behalf of The Salvation Army, I am writing today to thank you for the contribution of the 125 new Sealy mattresses received on April 25, 2000 at our Harbor Light Adult Rehabilitation Center. We appreciate your compassionate gesture with the donation of these mattresses to our facility.
The goal of The Salvation Army’s Harbor Light Center is to provide a supportive and structured residential environment for the rehabilitation of substance abusers. We offer education, counseling, and assist clients with developing strategies and coping mechanisms in order to maintain a chemical free lifestyle and return to the community.
We appreciate your genuine care and are grateful to the new “Friends in Need Foundation.” We look forward to working with you in the future. If I can be of any assistance to you please fee1 free to contact me.
Thank you again, and may God bless you.
Sincerely,
Kristen Klaynor
